Out - Oversized Bridal Parties
Gone are the days of having 15 bridesmaids and groomsmen in your wedding party. Instead, couples are now opting for smaller, more personal wedding parties that genuinely reflect the closeness of their inner circle.
IN - Wedding Day Coordination

Brides are realizing that although the day it’s their special day with their soon-to-be spouse, that their guests experience matters too. When things go wrong (unfortunately, this is a likely scenario) you are going to want someone to handle it for you. You want to enjoy your wedding with your new spouse, family, and friends and not have to worry about anything else on your big day.
We recommend you let someone else take care of all of those little things that can go wrong so that you can be completely present on your wedding day.

Out - Wedding Hashtags
Social media wedding hashtags are out in 2025. We completely understand wanting all of your photos and videos in one easy location. However, this trend is out due to the realization that most guests don’t use them. There are other more efficient ways to work photo and video sharing technology into your wedding.
Instead of hashtags consider a QR code where guests can upload photos and videos they took onto a shared Google Drive.
In - Personalize Late Night Snacks
Personalized food options are incredibly popular in the 2025 wedding season. In a world where catering takes up a good portion of most wedding budgets, it makes sense that couples want to spend their budget on classy and upscale menus.
When 10 PM rolls around, the bride and groom can surprise their guests with their favorite late night snacks. Clients are ordering Taco Bell, we’re seeing Pizza Food Trucks, or even breaking out Breakfast Bars and ending the night with pancakes and waffles.
Out - Bringing Gifts To The Wedding
In previous years we’ve seen a few guests bringing gifts to the wedding. Although this spirit of giving is lovely, it can be a logistical nightmare. In 2025, guests are sending gifts to the couple ahead of time, and we love it! We are also seeing less physical gifts and more cards on the day of the event.
IN - More Looks, More Options!

Many brides are taking advantage pf multiple wedding-day looks, from completely outfit changes to minor tweaks that create new looks. Having one look for your ceremony and another for your reception really adds to the wow factor of your overall wedding day.
For some that might mean a detachable skirt that takes your wedding dress from ballgown to a fit and flare dress. Couples can also change their looks with things like detachable straps, capes, jackets, toppers, sleeves, trains, or veils.
