Every wedding is different and comes with its own unique set of challenges and decisions to make. The wedding timeline may feel daunting, but don't fret, we've got you!

10-12 Months before The wedding

  • Reserve your date

  • Work out your budget

  • Select your wedding party

  • Start your guest list

  • Hire a planner or day of coordinator

  • Choose your color scheme

  • Research vendors

8-10 Months before The wedding

6-8 Months Before The Wedding

  • Finalize guest list

  • Start planning your honeymoon

  • Choose bridesmaids dresses

  • Reserve your rentals

  • Order invitations

  • Send out save the dates

4-6 Months before the wedding

  • Go cake tasting and order your cake

  • Book rehearsal venue

  • Schedule hair and makeup artists

  • Choose the ceremony and reception playlist

  • Purchase/rent grooms attire

  • Book accommodations for the wedding night

3 months before wedding

  • Finalize menu with caterer

  • Finalize floral selection with florist

  • Purchase rings

  • Finalize event schedule/Create day of timeline

  • Meet with officiant

2 months before the wedding

  • Send out invitations

  • Contact all vendors and send out any final payments

  • Enjoy tour bachelor/bachelorette parties

1 Month before the wedding

  • Get your marriage license

  • Attend final dress fitting

  • Confirm times for vendors and send out day of timeline

  • Create your reception seating chart

  • Purchase wedding party gifts

  • Write vows

  • Call guests who have not RSVP’d

1 week before the wedding
